A natural experience

There are things that you can not explain. To understand them you need to feel them, touch them, smell them and even taste them. A good “cocido” traditional meat stew in a country restaurant after completing a walk in the countryside, a walk along the river and then having a glass of wine, sitting by a “sequeiro” chestnut drying hut whilst the chestnuts fall on the dry leaves in autumn, breathing in the pure air first thing in the morning as the mist begins to lift towards the mountain tops…this is A Pobra do Brollón. A natural experience.
